4. Factory Warranty & Product Guarantees

All products manufactured by ESSMA UPS carry our manufacturer warranty:

• UPS & Inverter Systems: 48 Months (4 Years) direct factory warranty covering DSP/PWM card-level electronics and transformer assemblies.
• Tubular & Commercial Batteries: Manufacturer direct replacement/pro-rata warranty as specified per model.
• Warranty claims are serviced directly at our Bengaluru manufacturing facility or through authorized on-site field visits.

5. Intellectual Property
